Order Processing and Delivery
If an order is accepted and processed then this product is available in our distribution center and is available for shipping. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after order confirmation. After an order is processed, the time of delivery is determined by the shipping method available by our carrier UPS.
Orders, once processed, cannot be cancelled.
PDP does not currently process orders or ship on weekends or holidays. Weekend days and holidays should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.
Shipping and Handling
The shipping choices available from our Site's online store are estimates and do not guarantee the date of delivery. In no event will we be liable for any loss, damage, or penalty resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Your package will be processed using the selected shipping method, typically within 1-2 business day of your order being been approved (depending on Product availability and the time of day your order is submitted). All Priority orders are processed at the Signature Required service. After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipping confirmation, tracking number and carrier information. In order to avoid any additional return shipping charges, make sure that a household member is there to receive your package. If your Order contains several Products, such Products may be delivered on different days.
Packages returned to our fulfillment centers, due to incorrect addresses will be subject to return shipping fees.
Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends and holidays. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.
We do not ship outside of the United States of America and certain of its foreign territories.
We ask for your patience with tracking updates or potential delivery delays due to increased national shipping volume beyond our control.

Returns and Refund Policy
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Turtle Beach is offering an extended return window until January 31st, 2025 for any order placed between November 11, 2024 and December 31st, 2024. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it.
- To return a purchase made through our website, please reach out to us first through our support page https://support.pdp.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
- We have a 30-day window, starting from the date of delivery, to reach out to us to start your return process.
- We only process returns from purchases made through our website.
- To be eligible for a return refund, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it.
- Shipping is not covered for returns.
- We are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Refunds on products purchased in conjunction with using a discount or promotion will be issued at the discounted rate and the coupons/promotions used will not be reissued.
Exception for Limited Edition items: If a product has a one-time promotional item (such as codes, in-game items, etc.), the product will not be eligible for a return or a refund. If the product comes with an additional physical item (free gift or discounted) as part of a limited run of items or promotion, the additional item must be returned with the purchased item to be eligible for a refund, applying the same guidelines as our standard return process.
Please Note: If the product is not returned in the expected condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Return Shipping
PDP will pay for return shipping on all exchanges for damaged/defective product or in cases of our order errors. For all other returns, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us via a traceable method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. PDP is not responsible for any returned Products lost or damaged in transit.

Please be sure a valid email, phone number, and shipping address is provided so that we can contact you in case they have difficulty finding your address or making a delivery.
We make every attempt to ship within 2 business days, but please be aware that in some cases it might take longer.
There is a slight chance that our system will indicate that an item is in stock, when in fact we might have just sold the last item (while you were ordering), but the system has not been updated. In this instance, we will advise you when we can fill this order.
Occasionally a product will be mishandled, lost or damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order, please call the transportation provider (UPS) who delivered your order to activate their claims program. We are not responsible for breakage, crushed, lost, or tampered cartons.
How Do I Track My Order?
Orders shipped by UPS are trackable by logging into your account. Customers will be notified that the tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail as well.

Are accepted on select items, and will be noted on the site accordingly.

This is an active product but is currently out of stock. We have replenishment product ordered and can process your order when stock is received. Please check back periodically to check on availability.
